First Sergeant is the Companys Sergeant he is in charge of all the enlistment in Company Bravo.
Platoon Sergeant is in charge of the Platoons drills, paperwork, promotions.
Staff Sergeant is the top sergeant in the Platoon whatever he says goes he is the leader.
Sergeant is a leader in a platoon and follows the orders of his staff sergeant and 2nd Lt.
Corporal is a fireteam leader if the Staff Sergeant wants to break in groups of 2 the Sergeant will lead one and the Corporal will lead the other.
Specialist is the best at his job and knows how to follow orders and give commands if need be.
Private First Class is just a riflemen that follows the orders of all that is above him.
Private is just a rifleman that has completed his Basic Combat Training, Close Quarters Combat Training, and Advanced Infantry Training. Takes a period of 2-4 weeks.
Recruit is a Private in BCT, CQC, and AIT.
